We at Plant Hire Solutions Australia are pleased to be working towards an ongoing relationship with you and provide these Contractor terms and forms to register that relationship and help ensure that it is mutually beneficial into the future, for us, you and our clients.
When you have read the Contractor Agreement, Please:
– Complete the details in the schedule
– Sign the Agreement by completing the execution clause applicable to you (eg:
company, sole trader)
– Complete the forms attached to the Agreement and ensure that all required
attachments are provided, and
– Return signed Agreement, forms and required attachments to your PHSA contact
above, scanned and emailed to the email address for PHSA noted in the Schedule, or posted to the address for Plant Hire Solutions Australia noted in the schedule.
